As of years ago there were no such policies and some people had less than pleasant experiences when purchasing, including myself on one occasion.
I run the site as my business and this is how I earn my living so I am pleased that this has been added to give credibility to those that have always worked hard and to help bring in to line those that may not have done so in the past.
