I agree, self care is so important. Nourishing self, nourishes the relationship. I visited the Hay House website at www.hayhouse.com and was impressed by the rich array of resources offered—books for adults and children, card decks, CDs, online videos, DVDs, live online events, workshops and more. Here is a sampling:
	Spiritual Food—My Spiritual Reading Cards, by Sylvia Browne;
	Physical/Emotional Food—Lighten Up! The Authentic and Fun Way to Lose Weight and Your Worries, by Loretta LaRoche. I have seen videos by Loretta L.—she is a very witty educator.
	Social/Intellectual Food—Lectures and workshops featuring well-known life coaches, motivational speakers and spiritual advisors. If you can’t attend one of the listed events, there may be something similar near where you live.
